À la Carte Menu

The Buffet is available from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, while the Menu of the Day and the À la Carte Menu are available until 4:00 PM.

On Saturdays and Sundays at lunchtime, we welcome you to our Green Brunch, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM a buffet featuring a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan recipes, prepared with organic and biodynamic ingredients and cooked using special ovens that preserve the nutritional values of the raw materials while enhancing their natural flavours.

Our À la Carte Menu is our traditional offering, available for both lunch and dinner, featuring seasonal ingredients grown exclusively in our own garden and transformed into delicious and inspiring dishes by our chefs.
